Sage Dobby is the founder and CEO of Ciao Bella, a sustainable beauty brand redesigning everyday essentials to be better for your hair and the planet.
Originally from Wyoming and now based in Coronado, California, Sage draws inspiration from nature, movement, and the small rituals that shape how we feel. Her love for the outdoors, sustainability, and intentional design inspired her to rethink the traditional hair tie and create something more beautiful and lower impact.
Whether she’s spending time at the beach with her black lab Stella or building the future of Ciao Bella, connection to the environment remains at the heart of everything she creates.
Nikki Lee is a recent graduate of Northeastern University with a degree in Environmental Studies and a concentration in Green Economics, Business, Entrepreneurship, and Sustainability.
Raised in Northern California, her love for the outdoors began through paddleboarding, tide pooling, and hiking along the coast. A creative thinker by nature, Nikki enjoys designing innovative solutions to modern-day challenges and exploring more circular ways of living.
She is excited to help bring the Ciao Bella world to life through storytelling, sustainability, and community-driven content. Outside of work, you can find her playing volleyball, making handmade jewelry, or reading nonfiction while sipping ceremonial-grade matcha.
Natalie loves all things beauty and fashion, and she is excited to partner with Ciao Bella as we prepare to launch.
She graduated from San Diego State University with a background in marketing and enjoys creating content that connects with people in a genuine and inspiring way.
Through thoughtful storytelling and creative direction, Natalie helps bring the Ciao Bella aesthetic and brand experience to life.
Kendall Holliman is currently a senior at San Diego State University, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communication and minoring in the Weber Honors College.
She recently studied abroad in Barcelona, where she strengthened her love for art, architecture, and personal expression in communication.
Growing up with four older siblings sparked her passion for storytelling through art and design. Kendall brings experience in email and SMS marketing alongside social media engagement.
