At Ciao Bella, we stand behind the quality of our hair ties and want you to feel confident shopping with us. Please review our policy below for refunds, returns, and replacement requests.
90-Day No-Snap Guarantee
We offer a 90-Day No-Snap Guarantee on our hair ties.
If your hair tie snaps within 90 days of delivery, you may request a replacement pack by contacting us at help@ciaobellacollective.com.
To submit a replacement request, please include your order number and a clear photo of the snapped hair tie. Photos are required to verify eligibility under this guarantee.
Replacement requests may be denied if the product shows signs of intentional damage, misuse, alteration, or abuse.
If your request is approved, we will send a replacement pack. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost for replacement orders.
Returns and Refunds for Unused Hair Ties
We accept returns of unused hair ties within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

the hair ties must be unused

the return request must be made within 14 days after delivery

the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:

used hair ties
-
hair ties returned more than 14 days after delivery
-
items that do not meet the eligibility requirements listed above
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at help@ciaobellacollective.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
