Refund & Return Policy

Due to the personal nature of hair accessories and hygiene considerations, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@ciaobellacollective.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
If approved, we may offer:
- A replacement item
- Store credit
- A refund to the original payment method
Ciao Bella Collective reserves the right to deny refund or replacement requests that do not comply with this policy.
Items marked as final sale, promotional items, gift cards, and used products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Ciao Bella Collective is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses are accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply.
Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
