Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Please note:
- Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods (such as launches, promotions, or holidays)
- Orders placed after 12 PM PST may be processed the following business day
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your order.
Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Ciao Bella Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed off to the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or your local delivery office
- Contact the carrier directly
We are happy to assist in filing a claim, but we do not guarantee replacements or refunds for carrier-related issues.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- The customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses
International Shipping
At this time, we may offer limited international shipping.
